Each laboratory shall maintain written personnelpolicies, practices, and procedures that adequately support sound laboratory practice. The policies, practices and procedures shall include, at a minimum, the following:
- (A) Current employee records shallbe maintained and include a resume of each employee's training, experience, duties, and date or dates of employment.
- (B) Evidence of adequate health supervision of employees, such as results of preemployment physical examinations, including chest X-rays, immunization records, and records of all illnesses and accidents occurring on duty shall be maintained.
- (C) Work assignments shall be consistent with qualifications.
