Approval or reapproval as an Instructor/Coordinator may be denied, suspended, or revoked by the Department on any of the following grounds:
- (A) Failure to meet the requirements of 105 CMR 170.977 or 170.978;
- (B) Failure to conduct and/or administer Department-approved training in accordance with Department administrative requirements;
- (C) Interfering with the examination and/or certification process so as to improperly influence or attempt to influence the outcome of the examination;
- (D) Failure to provide evidence of documentation of the requirements of 105 CMR 170.977 to the Department upon request;
- (E) Failure to exercise reasonable care, judgment, knowledge, or ability in the performance of duties as an EMT or as an Instructor/Coordinator when conducting any program regulated by the Department, or to perform those duties within the scope of his or her training and certification and/or approval;
- (F) Gross misconduct in the exercise of duties as an Instructor/Coordinator, an EMT, a Chief Examiner or an Examiner including, but not limited to, committing an act of violence, a violation of professional boundaries with a student, patient or candidate, or a drug-related offense;
- (G) Conviction of any criminal offense relating to the performance of duties as an Instructor/Coordinator, an EMT, a Chief Examiner or an Examiner including, but not limited to, any conviction for a drug related offense, or any crime that endangers the public health and safety, or is related to the provision of training subject to Department approval;
- (H) Any condition or action that endangers the health or safety of the public; or
- (I) Any violation of M.G.L. c. 111C or 105 CMR 170.000.
