The Department will issue a license without requiring written or oral examination to any applicant who is deemed eligible based on the following:

1. (A) the applicant holds a current, valid certification from a recognized certifying body including: MBSACC, CEAP, CAC, NAADAC, ICRC.
2. (B) the applicant meets the requirements of one of the three eligibility categories set forth in 105 CMR 168.006(A) through (C).
