- (A) All records shall be complete, accurate, current, and available on the premises of the temporary nursing service agency for inspection and maintained in a form and manner approved by the Commissioner.
- (B) The Commissioner may visit the temporary nursing service agency to inspect the agency's records during the course of normal business hours.
- (C) Records of the temporary nursing service agency are to be made available upon request by the Commissioner.
