Documentation of Completed Training

- (A) The training program shall issue to each student who successfully completes the nurse aide training program a documentation of completion in a format specified by the Department.
- (B) Facility administrators shall accept the document of completion as proof of meeting the training requirements set forth in 105 CMR 156.000.
