105 C.M.R. 141.103 – Timing of Application

(A) In the case of a transfer of ownership, the application shall be submitted no later than 48 hours following the transfer, provided, however, that the Department will not accept an application from any owner who was not found suitable pursuant to 105 CMR 141.104.
(B) In the case of a renewal license, the application shall be submitted at least three months prior to expiration of the license.
(C) An application filed in accordance with the provisions of 105 CMR 141.103(A) or (B) shall have the effect of a license until the application is acted upon by the Department.
