A Radiologic Technologist shall provide public notice of licensure status by ensuring that either: (A) the facility where the Radiologic Technologist is employed posts the original license or a copy of the license at the place of employment in full view of patients; or (B) the facility where the Radiologic Technologist is employed prominently displays on a wall at the facility in full view of patients a listing of all employees licensed in Radiologic Technology, provided that the listing clearly identifies each licensee with:

1. (1) license number and name;
2. (2) discipline the license is in; and
3. (3) license expiration date.
