Expired Licenses

(A) When the valid period of a license has expired, the number of CEUs required for renewal shall be as follows:
(1) When renewal is sought within six months following the expiration of the license, the applicant must submit:
- (a) evidence of having obtained the CEU requirements specified in 105 CMR 125.009(A) during the previous renewal cycle and,
- (b) a valid ARRT or NMTCB certificate, except for Limited Scope of Practice in Radiography.
(2) When renewal is sought more than six months following the expiration of a license, the applicant must submit:
- (a) evidence of having obtained the CEU requirements specified in 105 CMR 125.009(A) during the previous renewal cycle and,
- (b) one additional CEU per month following the expiration of the license, and,
- (c) a valid ARRT or NMTCB certificate, except for Limited Scope of Practice in Radiography.
- (B) When renewal is sought more than six months following the expiration of a license, applicants must submit an application for a license as provided in 105 CMR 125.005.
- (C) A Radiologic Technologist whose license has expired is prohibited from working as a Radiologic Technologist in Massachusetts.
