- (1) Scope. 104 CMR 29.00 applies to the application for and the provision of DMH services in community programs and services that are contracted for, or operated by the Department.
- (2) Purpose. 104 CMR 29.00 is issued to provide a framework by which DMH services are provided in the community to adults with serious and long term mental illness and children and youth with serious emotional disturbance.
