- (1) The Deputy Commissioner of Clinical Services and Reentry is the reviewing authority for 103 CMR 485.17 and shall ensure that all volunteer programs are reviewed and evaluated annually.
- (2) The Director of Program Services shall be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of 103 CMR 485.00 throughout the Department.
- (3) Each Institutional Volunteer Services Coordinator, under the supervision of the Superintendent, shall be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of 103 CMR 485.00 at the institution.
