103 C.M.R. 405.15 – Court Assessments

(1) Court Assessments. All Personal and Savings Funds may be expended by the Superintendent to satisfy an amount ordered by a court including, but not limited to, restitution,

judgments, fines, victim witness assessments, court costs, etc., notwithstanding the provisions of 103 CMR 405 .15 and regardless of I/I or CIC consent. Such court-ordered restitution, fines, victim witness assessments, court costs, etc. shall be entered into the FAS. Payment of such court-ordered restitution, judgments, fines, victim witness assessments, courts costs, etc. shall also be entered in the FAS.
