Absent a showing by the 1/1 or CIC that the Superintendent explicitly authorized the 1/1 or CIC to physically possess monies outside of an FA, any money found in the physical possession of an 1/1 or CIC shall be confiscated, a disciplinary report written, and the monies shall be processed in accordance with 103 CMR 403.15 and 403.16. If the 1/1 or CIC makes the aforementioned showing, the Superintendent shall ensure the money is credited to the 1/1' s or C/C' s FA Savings Account.
