103 C.M.R. 131.15 – Responsible Staff

(1) The director ofcommunications and outreach and the director of public affairs shall be responsible for implementing and monitoring 103 CMR 131.00 throughout the Department.
(2) Each superintendent shall be responsible for implementing 103 CMR 131.00, and for the development of any and all necessary and appropriate institution policies and procedures.
