If a hiring authority receives an allegation that an EOHHS, an EOHHS agency, or vendor program employee whose CORI contained a record has harmed a client, the hiring authority will immediately report the allegation to the EOHHS or EOHHS agency General Counsel. Notification will include documentation of the hiring decision of the hiring authority.
