EOHHS may, from time to time, issue administrative bulletins to clarify substantive provisions of 101 CMR 129.00. In addition, EOHHS may issue administrative bulletins which specify the information and documentation necessary to implement 101 CMR 129.00.

129.10 Severability

The provisions of 101 CMR 129.00 are hereby declared to be severable, and if such provisions or the application of such provisions to any person or any circumstances shall be held to be invalid or

unconstitutional, such invalidity shall not be construed to affect the validity or constitutionality of any remaining provisions of 101 CMR 129.00 or the application of such provisions to ICFs or circumstances other than those held invalid.
