1. A. The following regulations are prescribed by the commission pertaining to flame arrestors or backfire traps in accordance with R.S. 34:851.24(H).
2. B. Every motorboat shall have the carburetor or carburetors of every engine (except outboard engines) using gasoline as fuel, equipped with a U.S. Coast Guard-approved device so labeled and emplaced as to prevent danger of backfire.
