1. A. Commercial licenses and oyster tags may be purchased using the following forms of payment:

   1. 1. cash;
   2. 2. money order;
   3. 3. cashier’s check;
   4. 4. business checks certified by the issuing bank; and
   5. 5. credit cards (MasterCard, American Express, or Discover only).
2. B. Payment by credit card will be allowed only by the card holder at the Baton Rouge licensing location with the credit card present at the time of purchase or as provided by Section 415 of this Part.
3. C. No other forms of payment will be accepted.
