LAC 76:VII.133 – Black Lake and Clear Lake Ban

A. Pursuant to the authority granted under R.S. 56:22 the Wildlife and Fisheries Commission hereby prohibits the use of gill and trammel nets in Black Lake and Clear Lake in Natchitoches and Red River Parishes. The band extends from January 1, 1989 to December 30, 1990.
