1. A. Discounts will be considered in determining low bidder on one-time purchases or definite quantity purchases if the discount is at least 1 percent for a minimum of
   30 days.
2. B. In the event the discount is for less than 1 percent or less than 30 days, the discount will be taken but will not be a determining factor in the bid evaluation.
3. C. Discounts will not be considered in determining low bidder on term contracts or indefinite quantity purchases.
4. D. Discounts will be taken but will not be a determining factor in the bid evaluation.
