1. A. Upon the receipt of approved right of way plans, the assigned project review appraiser will make an on-site inspection and examination of each parcel on the project. Based upon that inspection, the review appraiser will determine which appraisal format shall be necessary for each parcel or parcels based upon the complexity of the appraisal problem. That determination will include:

   1. 1. the number of appraisals;
   2. 2. the format of appraisals;
   3. 3. the estimated fees;
   4. 4. the estimated appraisal contract completion date.
2. B. The Contract for Appraisal Services will set out the parcel number, fee and the format for each appraisal to be made.
