1. A. Railroad tracks crossing highways shall conform to the permit supplement titled Rules and Regulations Governing the Construction of Railroad Grade Crossings on State Highways.
2. B. It is the responsibility of the applicant to contact the appropriate railroad agency, submit any required documentation, and pay any required fees in order to obtain a permit from the railroad agency.
3. C. DOTD shall not issue an access connection permit until the appropriate railroad permit(s) has (have) been secured by the applicant.
