1. A. DOTD reserves the right to restrict operations at an access connection.

2. B. Such restrictions may include, but are not limited to:

   1. 1. turn restrictions (e.g., right-in/right-out only);
   2. 2. truck only or no trucks;
   3. 3. entrance-only or exit-only.
3. C. Restricted movements cannot be limited to certain times of day or days of week.
