1. A. Each certified market participant shall maintain the following records on a current basis in the company's principal office in this state at all times:

   1. 1. current financial statements;
   2. 2. bank statements and reconciliations;
   3. 3. broker's statements;
   4. 4. copies of all outstanding contracts with producers, grain dealers and warehousemen or warehouse operators including, but not limited to, agency contracts, producer contracts and certified market participant contracts;
   5. 5. copies of all outstanding loans, notes and mortgages affecting the business;
   6. 6. records of all purchases of agriculture commodities or products;
   7. 7. daily production records;
   8. 8. record of all ethanol sales;
   9. 9. scale tickets, receiving and shipping documents; and
   10. 10. settlement sheets.
