1. A. The following agricultural commodities shall be regulated by the commission at all times:

   1. 1. rice;
   2. 2. rough rice;

   3. 3. all agricultural commodities commonly classed as grain; including:

      1. a. wheat;
      2. b. corn;
      3. c. oats;
      4. d. rye;
      5. e. soybeans;
      6. f. barley;
      7. g. grain sorghum;
   4. 4. cotton.

2. B. Whenever commission warehouse receipts are issued to cover any of the following agricultural commodities, the following agricultural commodities shall be regulated by the commission:

   1. 1. peppers;
   2. 2. oils (vegetables and mineral);
   3. 3. pecans;
   4. 4. molasses and/or syrup;
   5. 5. any canned and/or frozen vegetables/fruits/juices.
3. C. Commodities and farm products enumerated in §105.B of this Part shall be subject to all requirements set forth in the regulations contained in this Part whenever commission warehouse receipts are issued.
