1. A. All persons transporting pesticide wastes shall transport such wastes in a manner that conforms to the procedures and requirements set forth by the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality and the Louisiana Department of Public Safety, in addition to all other applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations.
