1. A. In addition to the definitions listed below, and unless otherwise provided, the definitions in R.S. 3:3202 and §103 shall apply to this Subchapter of these regulations.

   1. Base Line Conditions―the pesticide level found in the water of a site immediately preceding the pesticide application season.
   2. Maximum Contaminant Level―the maximum permissible concentration level of a pesticide in the waters of the state.
   3. Pesticide Application Season―that period of time during the year that insecticides, herbicides or other pesticides are normally used on agricultural lands in a given area.
   4. Reasonable Expectation of a Threat―a condition that is probable to lead to substantive injury to human health or the environment.
   5. Threat―a condition that would lead to substantive injury to human health or the environment.
