1. A. Agents of the department are authorized and shall be allowed entry onto any property or premises in the state of Louisiana for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of these regulations. Whenever reasonably possible, agents shall notify the person before performing any inspections.
2. B. Agents of the department are authorized to inspect all records and premises in order to enforce the provisions of R.S. 3:2358.1 et seq., and these regulations.
3. C. No person shall in any way interfere with an agent in making inspections on properties or premises in carrying out the provisions of these regulations.
