LAC 7:XVII.151 – Records Required

A. Any person seeking or receiving registration of any processed animal waste product shall keep for a period of two years, accurate records of:
1. 1. all sources of raw materials and date acquired, including information on drugs and pesticide usage;
2. 2. all production output, including a code or other method to identify the date of production;
3. 3. all sales and distribution, including the name and address of the purchaser or to whom distributed, date, quantity and production code;
4. 4. sampling and assay records of the testing required by §149 of this regulation.
