1. A. The Louisiana Cooperative Extension Service of the Louisiana State University Agricultural Center shall submit the approved application and agritourism plan of operation to the agritourism director at the department who will issue a certificate of eligibility for the presumption of limited liability set forth in R.S. 9:2795.5.
2. B. Each certificate shall remain valid for a period of five years from the date of issuance.
3. C. To renew a certificate, an agritourism professional shall notify the agritourism director in writing that agritourism activities are continuous at the designated location. Upon verification, a new certificate will be issued.
