1. A. License Fees

   1. 1. The annual fee for a seed producer, grower, processor, and handler license shall be $500 each.
   2. 2. New license fees are due upon notification of application approval. No license shall be issued until payment of the license fee is received by LDAF.
   3. 3. No license shall be issued until payment of the license fee is received by LDAF.

2. B. Sample Testing Fees

   1. 1. THC testing of industrial hemp plant parts shall be $250 per sample.
   2. 2. THC testing fees are due at the time of sample collection.
   3. 3. Requests for alternative payment arrangements for fees must be pre-approved by LDAF.
