1. A. The following seeds may not be sold, offered for sale, or planted in Louisiana as seed for purposes of producing a new plant, except as otherwise provided by this Chapter.

   1. 1. Any portion of any variety of rice that tests positive, according to tolerances established by the department, for LL traits.
