1. A. The following words and terms shall have the following meanings:

   1. Flue Gas Desulfurization Gypsum—gypsum that is produced when sulfur-containing compounds are removed from exhaust gases during the combustion of fossil fuels.
   2. Gypsum—calcium sulfate dihydrate.
   3. Phosphogypsum—solid waste by-product which results from the process of phosphoric acid production.
