1. A. The board shall meet at least once in every quarter of the year, but a meeting may be cancelled by the chairman if there is no business to consider at the meeting.
2. B. The board shall meet upon the call of the chairman or the commissioner or upon the written request of at least three board members.
3. C. The board shall not meet more than 12 times in any one year.
4. D. The meetings shall be conducted in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order, Newly Revised, Tenth Edition.
