1. A. In addition to the regulations stipulated in §1103, the following regulation is prescribed governing the marketing and/or sale of bunched shallots in Louisiana.

   1. 1. The weight of the bunches shall not be less than
      4 pounds per dozen bunches with a tolerance of one bunch per dozen weighing less than 1/3 pound.
   2. 2. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to offer for sale or shipment bunched shallots unless in conformance with this regulation.
