LAC 7:III.113

Minimum Amount of Bonds/Agricultural Loans

LR 10:869 (November 1984)Promulgated in accordance with R.S. 3:266, R.S. 3:270 and Section 103(b)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended.State of Louisiana

A. The minimum amount of loans originated by any one lender shall be $10,000.
B. The minimum amount of a loan shall be $10,000.
