1. A. Effective April 1, 1982, the Thrifty Food Plan amounts shall be adjusted to the nearest dollar increment to reflect changes in the Consumer Price Index for all Urban Consumers (CPI-U) for the cost of food, for the 15 months ending on December 31, 1981.
2. B. Effective July 1, 1983, the Thrifty Food plan amounts shall be adjusted to the nearest dollar amount to reflect changes in the CPI-U for the cost of food, for the 15 months ending March 31, 1983.
3. C. Effective October 1, 1984, the Thrifty Food Plan amounts shall be adjusted to the nearest dollar increment to reflect changes in the CPI-U for the cost of food, for the 15 months ending June 30, 1984.
4. D. Effective October 1, 1985, and each October 1 thereafter, the Thrifty Food Plan amounts shall be adjusted to the nearest dollar increment to reflect changes in the CPI-U for the cost of food, for the 12 months ending on the preceding June 30.
