1. A. All FITAP overpayments shall be subject to collection either by recoupment or recovery with the exception of inadvertent household error claims and administrative error claims of less than $350 for participating and nonparticipating households.
2. B. Action will be taken to recover all claims which are determined to be the result of intentional program violation.
