LAC 67:III.5805 – Conditions of Eligibility

A. Eligibility for services is limited to:
1. 1. individuals without minor children who meet the U.S. Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service's Earned Income Tax Credit income eligibility standard; or
2. 2. married couples without minor children who meet the U.S. Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service's Earned Income Tax Credit income eligibility standard.
