1. A. All Kinship Care Subsidy Program (KCSP) overpayments shall be subject to collection, either by recoupment or recovery, with the exception of inadvertent household error claims and administrative error claims of less than $350 for participating and nonparticipating households.

2. B. Action will be taken to recover all claims which are determined to be the result of intentional program violation.
