1. A. The agreed-upon accounting procedures shall be available to the public as follows:

   1. 1. posted on LouisianaEntertainment.gov;
   2. 2. available for viewing during regular business hours in the office;
   3. 3. sent to the applicant and incorporated into the initial certification letter; and
   4. 4. available upon written request to the director.
