1. A. The board of trustees may adopt fees for various services provided to members through the retirement system.
2. B. The board of trustees should recoup the amount of fees charged by the system’s actuary for member calculations. At the discretion of the director, members may not be required to pay the full amount of fees of the actuary.
3. C. Fees may only be imposed upon adoption by the board of trustees at a public meeting with opportunity for public comment.
