- A. The blow down from a boiler that enters a sanitary sewer system or blow down which is considered a hazard to life or property shall pass through some form of blow off equipment that will reduce the pressure leaving the blow down equipment to not more than 5 psi, and the temperature to no more then 150° F.
- B. All blow off equipment shall be fitted with openings to facilitate cleaning and inspection and shall conform to the recommended rules for National Board Boiler Blow off Equipment.
