LAC 55:V.533 – Installer's Responsibilities to the Consumer

A. An installer shall:
1. 1. ensure all phases of the installation work performed by the installer are complete and in compliance with the applicable statutes, rules and regulations, adopted codes, and standards;
2. 2. notify the Office of State Fire Marshal of the installation work performed by the installer;
3. 3. correct all applicable non-conformances within
  30 days of receipt of a correction notice from the Office of State Fire Marshal.
