1. A. This office currently approves the following as nationally recognized testing laboratories for the purpose of these rules:

   1. 1. Underwriters Laboratories, Inc.;
   2. 2. Factory Mutual Research Corporation;
   3. 3. The United States Testing Company, Inc.; and
   4. 4. Intertek-ETL.
2. B. The recognized laboratory shall maintain a follow-up inspection program to confirm that the manufacturer is providing the controls, inspections, and tests necessary to assure that all current listed equipment will meet the laboratory's testing standards. This follow-up inspection shall occur no less than once each six months for the first two years and once each year thereafter.
