LAC 55:III.801 – Definitions

A. As used in this Chapter, the following terms have the meanings described below.
1. Department―Department of Public Safety and Corrections, Office of State Police, Department of Public Safety Police.
2. Deputy Secretary―Deputy Secretary of the Department of Public Safety and Corrections, Public Safety Services.
3. Person―an individual, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, or other legal entity.
