1. A. Every initial application or renewal for a public tag agent shall be accompanied by an application fee of $100 per year, collected biennially, per location.
2. B. An $8 fee shall be assessed when a public tag agent relocates and a new certificate is issued or if a duplicate certificate is required.
3. C. Every application for renewal of a public tag agent shall be accompanied by an application fee of $200, collected biennially, per location.
4. D. Application fees shall not be prorated or refunded. Applications not completed within 90 days shall be voided.
