1. A. The digital transaction provider, its employees, representatives, and agents shall maintain the confidentiality of all records and information received or processed in connection with any function performed pursuant to a contract with the department.
2. B. The digital transaction provider shall forward all request for information commonly referred to as public records request to the department for a response.
3. C. The digital transaction provider shall be responsible for the disclosure of any information in connection with the processing of any transaction on behalf of the department. The digital transaction provider shall comply with all applicable federal and state laws regarding the disclosure of information, including but not limited to 18 U.S.C. §2721 et seq., and 42 U.S.C. §405(c)(2)(C).
