1. A. The digital transaction provider must maintain a primary physical location of its operations within the continental United States of America.
2. B. Any and all activities involving the processing of transactions, or any other use or storage of any identifying information or payment information of persons using the DTP’s application that occur outside the continental United States of America are strictly prohibited.
