1. A. Digital transaction providers shall obtain a cyber-liability insurance policy with a company qualified to do business in Louisiana in the amount of one million dollars, which names the state of Louisiana, the department, the department’s employees, and the Office of Technology Services and its employees as additional insureds.
2. B. Digital transaction provider shall provide the department with complete information regarding the cyber-liability insurance policy including a copy of any declaration page prior to be authorized to process any transaction.
3. C. Digital transaction provider shall include all subcontractors as insureds under its cyber liability insurance policy or shall be responsible for verifying and maintaining the certificates provided by each subcontractor. Subcontractors shall be subject to all of the requirements stated herein. The department reserves the right to request copies of subcontractor's certificates at any time.
4. D. Digital transaction provider must maintain cyber-liability insurance for the duration of its contract with the department
