1. A. If more than 25 executive branch officials are invited to a reception, social gathering or other function during a reporting period, then R.S. 49:76(F) requires that the following information be disclosed on Schedule B of the expenditure report:

   1. 1. the name of the group or groups of persons invited;
   2. 2. the date of the function;
   3. 3. the location of the function;
   4. 4. all expenditures made in connection with the function.
2. B. An executive branch official is considered to be invited only if he receives an invitation specifically addressed to him.
